With this project on Elwood we have went ahead and removed 32 existing double hung sash and fixed 2 sash from 18 openings. We have went ahead and secured these openings with plywood as we work quickly to get these windows replaced and restored for this winter season. We will be painting them with a color selected by the owner. Along with this, we went ahead and removed 8 existing aluminum storm windows and installed new furnished wood windows with traditional joinery.
In addition to all of these window restorations and replacements with brand new windows, we are also working on restoring this beautiful column. It has been pretty weathered over the years so we are in the process of restoring it.
